Games sites offer deposit matching schemes.  Deposit match schemes have two elements.  The first is the initial deposit match – the percentage of your initial deposit with the games site that the game site operator will give you free (match) up to a certain max level.  This can be turned into withdrawable money over time as the player participates in real money games.  The second element is the percentage match of subsequent deposits that the games site will continue to make for all further deposits.
